Ever since elementary school, excluding Freshman year of high school, we’ve had the pacer test, and ever since elementary school I’ve noticed it was sexist and ageist. Girls have a lower expectation than boys do, as do people who haven’t had their birthday yet that school year, and therefore are a few months younger than their peers. There are some arguments in favor of this discrimination that I’m going to address.

I’m not really very opposed to a belief in something or somethings that created the Universe as much as I am opposed to the typical Christian view of God. While intuitive, the argument that the world is too complex or unlikely to have come about without a design is an argument that relies on the fact that we just don’t know enough yet.

At my high school the sophomores, which includes myself, recently took a personality test online during what would have been our US History classes as some sort of indicator about colleges/careers we might consider for the future. For the test, I got INTJ as my personality type. I don’t know too much about the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, but it seems like a bunch of nonsense.
